The top brasses of Hawaii including Governor David Yutaka IGE and the Principals of high schools in Hokkaido, the Educational Superintendent of Hokkaido got together to discuss the future exchange between the regions.
The solid, beneficial and everlasting friendship between the regions will be on the shoulders of the youths. For the sustainable development of each region, the top brasses exchange their opinion each other.
The former educational superintendent of Hawaii Dr. Christine Kishimoto visited Hokkaido in January of 2020 and signed up for the future educational exchange between the regions with late former educational superintendent of Hokkaido then. Now, it is crystallizing with the gubernatorial visit.
