As one of the host of the dinner, Vice Goverrnor of Hokkaido Mr. Yusuke NAKANO delivered the words of "Congratilations !" to all the participants to the dinner. He referred to the efforts the immigrants and their descendants had exerted, challenges they had got over and delights they got in establishing the trust with the people in Paraguay.
The party was thrown in Restaurant Hiroshima where the immigrants from Japan and their descendants usually use. Ambassador of Japan to Paraguay His Excellency Mr. Naohiro ISHIDA also delivered the word of appreciation and congratulation.
Speaker of Hokkaido Legislative Assembly Mr. Noritoshi Murata proposed a toast after delivering heartfelt words to encourage and inspire the people derived from Hokkaido. The centennial event would follow the night.
