This Vietnamese strings performance was so marvelous and overwhelming that I almost forgot my duty as the MC of the reception. That is why the angle of the photos are like this.   

After the reception, Hokkaido- Vietnam Music Festival started in Sapporo Grand Hotel. Most of the audience were the participants to the welcome reception.

The Vietnamese Cultural Top leader delivered an opening speech. As you may know, Vietnamese Festival is held in Yoyogi Park, Tokyo  every year.  The one was held on the street in front of Akarenga Plaza in Sapporo for the first time this year.
