The Vice President of Ha Long University in Vietnam and the officers of Ha Long Prefecture visited Hokkaido University and met Vice President Masanori KASAHARA and other officers to discuss the future relationship of the universities.
Ha Long University needs Japanese-teaching Doctor for their students who want the career in Japan-related businesses. But Hokkaido University doesn't have any Japanese-teaching researched with doctorate.
I hope that Ha Long Prefecture moderate the requirements to give the grant to Ha Long University
for inviting Japanese-teaching researcher from Japan.
