Generous Donation from Philippines!

So very experienced and senior Ambassador of the Republic of Philippines His Excellency Jose C. Laurel Ⅴ
visited Hokkaido Government to hand the certificate of the payment for donation.

He has a special relationship with Japan. He visited Hokkaido several times. He had lived in Japan many years ago. He was the best person to hand the certificate of donation from the Republic of Philippines to the governor of Hokkaido.

His grand father was the first Philippine who learned in and graduated the Imperial Military Academy and became the second President of Philippines.
