There is a lookout at the northwest end of Anchorage. The statue of Captain Thomas cook stands at the center of the lookout from where the shallow bay can be seen. The scenery is peculiar to the norther region, I think.
Nothing could be seen from the lookout in that morning. The limelight on the coast could be seen on the opposite side.
The light from a ship spread on the surface of the bay. Every time I visited there, I thought I would like to be the trailblazer in the darkness.
