Vice Governor of Chiang Mai met Governor of Hokkaido !

I was so moved by the friendship of Government of Chiang Mai, Thailand. Vice Governor of Chiang Mai Mr. Viroon Pantawee  kindly visited Bangkok to meet Governor of Hokkaido Harumi Takahashi and take part in 

 "Food & Wine Evening in Bangkok" to deliver the speech. He had to come back to Chiang Mai just after raising glass but he took his time to prove the friendship between Hokkaido and Chiang Mai.

We are so appreciated his attendance and kindness. We have to respond with the maximum efforts to enhance the exchange with Chiang Mai and make some projects real.
