I was struck by the the comment by the Swedish Ambassador. "35ar embodies our enduring potential for collaboration and creativity.
Every single art-piece is created specifically for this exhibition by artists who have a strong bond to Japan and Hokkaido.
These art-pieces represent traditional handicrafts of great importance to the Swedish cultural identity: woodcraft and glass. Using the universal power of art and creativity, we can take this moment as inspiration to find new paths taking Seden and Japan's ever-evolving bond into the future." What a wonderful message ! Our ancestors of Japan devoted their lives to hear such words, I think.
