At the beginning of fiscal year !

At the beginning of this fiscal year, I mean last April, the staffers of International Affairs Division got together for the farewell party.

It was a pity that we had to say good-bye to our friend from Alberta,Canada but she seemed to have found her way onthis globe.

Yes, I believe that she started blooming on this international stage, inspired by the relationship with her colleagues and friends in Hokkaido like these Japanese apricot flowers.
