It is for the 30th Anniversary of the Friendship Affiliation between Hokkaido and Heilongjiang !

As I might have mentioned, the curling teams from Alberta, Canada and Heilongjiang, China came and fight the curling games of "Hokkaido Bank Curling Classic 2016".

They visited Hokkaido to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of the friendship affiliation between Hokkaido and Heilongjiang, China.

This is the reception to celebrate the 30th Anniversary and so many people got together from a variety of area.

Can you find the Bronze Medalists of the Pyeongchang Olympic Game ?

I think that you've seen the pretty smile of Japanese curling team for my hometown Kitami City. The won the bronze medal in the Olympic Games held in Pyeongchang, South  Korea.

" Calory-intake time" called "MoguvMogu Time " in Japanese which means nibbles time was shown even on the news papers to show their pretty faces eating sweets such us strawberry, cheesecake and banana.

The cheesecake made by the local patisserie in Kitami City  "Seigetsu" was named "Red Silo".

Hokkaido Curling Classic 2016 2 !

The opening ceremony of the Hokkaido Curling Classic 2016 started so nicely with the team from Alberta, Canada and Heilongjiang, China.

In retrospect, Loco Solare Kitami that got the bronze medal in the Pyeonchang Olympic Games learned a lot in the games of this curling games.

Canadian strong curling teams from Alberta were there based on the sister-state affiliation between Hokkaido and Alberta.

The result of the Curling games "Hokkaido Bank Curking Classic" can be seen on the web and I will mention about it later.

 They are my friend from Alberta, Canada and headed the female National team of Canada from Alberta at that year.

To be honest, I had not been familiar with curling games but some games in Hokkaido Bank Curling Classic 2016 was so exciting that I could not leave the venue all day long.

"Hokkaido Bank Curling Classic" called "Dogin Curling Classic" invites some foreign team including ones from Korea that produced the team which got silver medal in the Olympic Game in Pyeongchang.

In retrospect, Loco Solare Kitami was beaten by the Canadian National Team from Alberta.

When the Canadian National Team from Alberta won the games and got the Championship, incredibly nice games excited the people so much that I had chicken skin.

Hokkaido-Heilongjiang Friendship Agreement !

The ceremonial opening shot was done so nicely by each special guest at the beginning of Hokkaido Bank Curling Classic 2016.

But, my friend from Alberta shot the stone a little bit earlier than other guests. It was so fanny. The Canadian National female team at that time from Alberta seemed to be so relaxed before games.

In the evening of that day, the the welcome reception for the lieutenant governor of Heilongjiang was held and we were so surprised that the lieutenant gave us so nice space.

As you may know, the curling team Loco Solare Kitami got the bronze medal in Pyeongchang Olympic Game this week. I was born and raised up in Kitami City, so I am very happy to see they won the games. 

But they could not win he curling games in Hokkaido Bank Curling Classic 2016 because this National Team of Canada from Alberta won the Championship at hat time.

They are the team from Alberta, Canada and an able officer of the representative office of Alberta in Japan. The male team from Alberta is below.
