On the west side of Furano City, we could see Mt. Ashibetsu-dake and Mt. Yuubari-dake topped with white snow crown. Mt-Furano-dake, Mt. Tokachi-dake and Mt. Biei-dake are on the east side of the city. Furano Skiing Hill also could be seen clearly from the Hotel La Vista Furano.
Our dinner on that day was curry rice provided by the famous and popular local curry restaurant "Yuigadokuson 唯我独尊" which meant "I am my own load throughout heaven and earth." My aunt chose omelet curry, not so considering the capacity of her stomach.
My wife chose the chef's signature "Sausage Curry Rice"and I had pork block curry. All the dishes seemed to use the same curry roux. The rice was yellow such as saffron rice and the sausage was home-made thick one.
