We were so impressed and touched by the taste of the mutton, lamb, miso soup and steamed rice in Genghis Khan BBQ restaurant Shirakaba in Compana run by Rokkatei Confectionery on that day. The special sauce also stimulated our appetite so much.
Many people were waiting for their turn to savor the delicious Genghis Khan BBQ. It was at around half past noon but they did not have to wait for long time. Watching the landscape of the mountain ridges, it was not bad to kill time beside the vineyard.
The restaurant seemed to be manned amply. The order and serve were conducted so swiftly and efficiently by the skilled female staff. Some people were enjoying pints of beer and side orders other than mutton and lamb.
