The protagonist of dim-sum lunch may have to be the steamed dishes such as shumai, gyoza, xiao long bao as well as Chinese spare rib and tea but we usually wrap up our dim-sum lunch with wok-fried rice and ramen noodle soup..
Wok-fried noodle,beef and sprout dish was also nice to have in the midst of the lunch. We had almost all the dishes on the menu of the restaurant "China Kitchen". I wish I learned the cooking skill so kindly from the chef.
The spicy dandan noodle soup with Japanese pepper struck me as "the last boss " of the dim-sum buffet. Cooking all the dishes seemed to be well overseen by the skilled and seasoned chef.
