What was the vision of Arishima Takeo?

From the second floor of the Arishima Takeo Memorial Museum in Niseko Town, the displays on the first floor looke like this photo. The author Arishima Takeo was expected to lead the scene of writing in Japan but he passed away at the age of 45. 

He was annoyed by the husband of his partner after the extramarital relationship and killed himself in Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture.

He left Arishima Farm and his supporters run the farm but went bankrupt. The premises were donated to the town and developed for the citizens and tourists. His dreams came true in a sense.
