This is the chef's signature quattro fromage in the restaurant Mandriano run by Tkahashi Ranch in Niseko Town. Savoring them and watching the landscape with the protagonist Mt. Yotei make us so happy and satisfied.
We visited there on Sunday at the end of the first half of the long weekend at the end of April. Not so many visitors were there for the long weekend.
It was so comfortable to spend time at the foot of Mt.Niseko Annpri in spring when the high season in green has not started after the white winter high season.
