Moliere Montagne in Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono !

Grilled potato accompanied with the grilled pork from Biei Town. Tasteful cheese made in Hokkaido gave the course dinner a twist in the main dining of the French Restaurant "Moliere Montagne". 
We really enjoyed and saveredthe dishes created by the seasoned chefs in Moliere.
A glass of sorbe, I thought it was made from pear, and cake Mont Blan wrapped up the happy dinner on that day.
Three starred Michelin Chef Hiroshi Nakamichi presents you his works of art with kind consideration and hospitality.
