Early in the morning in Edmonton and Sapporo!

This is the Legislative Assembly Building of Alberta Province, Canada. Alberta and Hokkaido established a sister-state relationship in 1980 and will celebrate the 40th Anniversary next year. I jogged around this building early in the morning.

This is the photo I took from the Federal Government Building side. Even the Premier of the province cant step into the building without the Speaker's permission. The current Speaker is 39years old and will reach his forties next year.

He was born in the year when the sister-state relationship was established. It may be destiny for the Speaker and Hokkaido.
Aged and seasoned Speaker of Hokkaido Legislative Assembly met him and promised to establish a friendship affiliation between the legislative Assemblies.
