Old warehouses of the Port City Otaru are currently used as a beer hall, souvenir shops, restaurants that provides the tourists with the quality seafood sourced locally and so on.

Needless to say, old warehouses were refurbished and inspired with the modern taste and nostalgia. One of them is used as a brewery.

These are the photos of the tanks to make beer. The process of the fermentation is crucial to make delicious beer. The room was kept cold.
