Kinsuian Soba Noodle restaurant !

This is what I had in the restaurant on that day. So very nice buckwheat noodle was topped with Japanese typical crisp "tempura" of shrimp, aubergine, bell pepper and squid.

We had to wait for a while until we savored this noodle but it was worthwhile.
But please do not mind. You can have so nice sweets in the museum next to the restaurant without waiting too long.
 Some parts of the founder's house was renovated as the museum of the brewery. Private tours can be arranged and the sweets can be savored before the tour.
