This is the next block of The Gate Hotel Sapporo by Hulicon the northern side.I thought the B4 level construction could be seen from the window of the hotel. It was rare to see such scenery from this angle.
The construction site had been for the local department store "Gobankan" that was acquired by SEIBU Group. But after the department store "Daimaru" was built, Gobankan SEIBU could not allure enough people to run the store. The competition was harsh among the department stores and supermarket sores.
