We do not have to cook Japanese Pizza "Okonomiyaki" in the restaurant but which do you like better cooking by yourself or the staff of the restaurant ?
Most of the people, particularly the foreign people seem to be impressed and entertained the flakes of dried and fermented bonito dancing on "Okonomiyaki".
I am sure Japanese pizza "Okonomiyaki" is similar to Korean one "Chijimi" but the sauce and Mayonese of Japanese one are different flavoring from the Korean.
