Commemorating the establishment of the sister-state or friendship affiliations, we arrange the big events once in every five years including the official visit to the regions of the relationship.

Other than that, we have some events to introduce the culture, lives of the people, food, traditional music and fashion of each region that has a special relationship with Hokkaido.

These are photos of a fashion show to introduce the traditional attires of Korea. We set "the day" for each region that has a sister-state or friendship affiliation with Hokkaido.
