Family Restaurant Century? in Bibai City !

On my way of business jaunt to Bibai City that had some coalmines  producing coal even now, we dropped by the Family Restaurant named  仙中里 popular for the citizens of the city. The interior and the display outside reminded me of Showa Era when Japanese people were enjoying economic development and the increasing income.

Japanese western cuisine was the restaurant's category and it had a small party room for the citizens. It seemed that cleaning up the facilities was so tough because of the many kinds of display. 

Other than that, we were struck by the volume of the pork cutlet curry and spaghetti topped with thick pork cutlet.

In order to thicken the pork cutlet, we could pay 150 Japanese yen. But the amount of the dishes seemed to be a little bit  too much for ladies.

The automatic robot lawn mower was moving on and on without getting specific order from its owner. It requires charging battery but I could not find its base for charging battery.

All the buildings to be built down the line must have pay consideration to the landscape of the area and the views from the existing accommodations. The landscape of Mt. Yotei seemed to be prioritized by the hoteliers and developers.

I love the design of this building on the hillside on my way of regular jogging in this area. The name of "KABA" was shown at the entrance of the approach road to the fascinating house. I am not sure what kind of people can use this facility.

In Yoichi Town, Niki Town and adjacent area have many orchards and produce grape, apple, plum, apricot fig, cherry. Of course, top-quality wine and whisky are famous and entertain the citizens and visitors so much.   

Viticultural skills and experiences had been accumulated in the area and got ready to accommodate affluent tourists from all over the world. It will take a little bit more to develop this area but the rate of the hotels may get higher. 

I noticed the sound of something moving around beside the road. It was automatic lawn-mower was doing its job early in the morning. It might have been working all night. 

After having breakfast, we headed to Iwanai Town on the west coast of Hokkaido.

The Hanazono Area of Kutchan Town had enough space to build luxury hotels and condominiums as well as villas like mansions. Many foreign capitals purchased the real estate in the area.

Recently, many brown bear attacks occurred in many regions of Hokkaido and some casualties were eaten up their belly by the bears. Most of the dangerous bears were hunt by the skilled hunters but it was strange so many brown bears attacked human beings in the same season.

It is said that the A-corns in the mountains were damaged by the too hot weather in summer of this year but the manner of the tourists and trekkers seemed to be getting worse and the bears learned the taste of the fatty foods of the human beings. 

 

Niseko Hanazono Mountain Lights 2025 !

The Mountain Lights display in front of Hotel Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono must have required so much staff, time and enthusiasm. It was so beautiful in the calmness with the moving lift on the hillside. 

 The art of light and glass on the wall of the sub entrance of Hotel Nikko Niseko Style was also fascinating and thrilling. The waiting bar where the delicious and expensive caviar can be savored was empty in green season. 

It was still warm early in the morning on that day. I enjoyed my routine jogging and the landscape of Mt. Yotei so comfortably. The development of the real estate surrounding Hotel Nikko Niseko Style seemed to be halted and no proceed could not be seen so far.  

 

Mountain Lights in Niseko Hanazono 2025!

The setting of the Mountain Lights in front of Hotel Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono seemed to have been so tough and time-consuming, moreover exhausting in hot summer. I found the schelton of the display in daytime for the first time.   

No fire knife performance by the indigenous people in Hokkaido Ainu nor fire works on that day but I prefer the calmness of the night in the area. Only the illumination made of thousands of optical fiber glasses on the hillside satisfied us with its mysterious noise of moving lift.  

The hotel run by Hyatt Group seemed to be well-maintained and upgraded constantly. Many of the rooms of the hotel were filled up with the affluent guests from other area on this globe. I am wondering if the beautiful island of kind citizens will be taken over by the greedy people. 

 

China Kitchen changed the menu a little bit !

The protagonist of dim-sum lunch may have to be the steamed dishes such as shumai, gyoza, xiao long bao as well as Chinese spare rib and tea but we usually wrap up our dim-sum lunch with wok-fried rice and ramen noodle soup..

Wok-fried noodle,beef and sprout dish was also nice to have in the midst of the lunch. We had almost all the dishes on the menu of the restaurant "China Kitchen". I wish I learned the cooking skill so kindly from the chef.  

The spicy dandan noodle soup with Japanese pepper struck me as "the last boss " of the dim-sum buffet. Cooking all the dishes seemed to be well overseen by the skilled and seasoned chef.

 

Chinese Special on that day !

It seemed that the Chinese cuisine restaurant "China Kitchen" in Hotel Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono had modified its menu a little bit but the table-order dim-sum buffet never discouraged us and unsatisfied our expectation. 

Fried spring rolls were so crisp outside and juicy inside.Needless to say, the tastefulness penetrated bodies and soul.The leaf of bamboo grass must have been procured but there are plenty of bamboo grass around the hotel.  

Chinese sweet and sour wak-fried pork should be ordered before the end of the dim-sum buffet  normally but the rich sour taste drew on the stimulating texture of the veggies and pineapple to maximize our appetite even if the dish came first.    

 

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono on weekdays!

It was so fine in Niseko Hanazono on that day but compared to weekends, not so many people were in China Kitchen and the public space of Hotel Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. The calmness and rich space was very comfortable but for the hoteliers, the space may want to be filled up with many guests.

Against the backdrop of the beautiful   blue sky peculiar to the northern regions, the windows of the Hotel were also reflecting the same color and move of the white clouds.

As usual, we started our dim-sum lunch with mini tomato soaked in syrup and pickled spicy cucumber. I was wondering how many times we would be able to visit this area before white snow ski season this year.  

 

Birthday Service in Rokkatei Tea Lounge !

On your birthday, you can get one short cake with such" Happy Birthday!" chocolate plate if you order something to eat in the Tea Lounge of Rokkatei Confectionery.

Advised by my wife, I tried that in the lunch time on my birthday.

As the Tea Lounge is so popular, I had to wait for fifteen minutes and wolf down the cakes to come back to my office in lunch time.

It may not appropriate to try that on working day. 

After my birthday, we visited Hotel Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono and had nice Chinese Dim Sum lunch in China Kitchen with the fine view of Mt. Yotei and Mt. Niseko Annupri.
