The number of the guests who use the hot spring spa is limited and controled by the hotel clerks in Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono like other hotels in Niseko. Prior reservation is required to use the spa. But the reservation is not reflected on the room key cards.
Even if you enter the door with your room key card in the time zone you have not reserved, you are not rejected. But for more comfortable relaxation time in healing hot spring spa, you might as well reserve your slot beforehand.
