In the shell of Hokkaido Surf Clam, the boiled or grilled clam meat and sticky rice appeared with the aroma of fermented butter. Waiting time for dishes were appropriate, I think.
Grilled pork was served on the branches of pine tree.With the heat of the grilled pork, the branchep started to smoke. As it spoiled the yummy aroma of grilled pork, I asked the maitre'd to take away the branches.
The pork was from Biei Town near Furano City. Biei Town is very popular with the colorful agricultural fields on hilly ground. Top-quality produces are raised in the area.
