Course Dinner in Moliere Montagne, Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono !

We had a nice course dinner in the main dining of Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono "Moliere Montagne" on that day. Only a few couplep including ourselves used the French restaurant in the evening. 
The starter was the soup of burdock and Japanese mushroom Shiitake. Stirred up so nicely, the aroma of the soup drifted around the table and wrapped us up.
A crisp bread baked in house followed with the fermented butter with a relief m. The surface of the bread was so crisp and the soft inside had nice texture that they fit the soup to a T. Fried mushroom Maitake tempura followed.It was displayed on the small branch of the tree.
