The poplar trees beside the road on the premises of Hokkaido University turned their leaves brown and prepared for the cold winter. The experimental agricultural field in the university has frozen up.
The sky slope of Park Hyatt Niseko was also covered with white snow but it was not enough for skiing.The white illumination on the field was taken away before ski season.
We had Chinese dim sum again in China Kitchen in Park Hyatt Niseko again for lunch. It may be so difficult to reserve a table in the restaurant at the peak of ski season. The chefs of the restaurant seemed to hit the stride before winter.
