We visited Hotel Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono for the first time this year and had dim sum lunch in China Kitchen of the hotel. The lunch buffet menu was amended a little bit. My wife regretted that sweet mini tomatoes had gone though it was my wife's favorite dish.
Dumplings' variety was almost the same as last year but they were served from the cart the staff lugged around. As I adjusted the amount of the breakfast on that day, I could savor almost all kinds of dishes with my wife on that day.
The fried rice seemed to be made with Indica rice that is longer than Japonica rice and not so sticky as Japonica. It may be better to make fried rice than Japonica. Dan Dan Mien, Szechuan hot and spicy noodle soup was my favorite taste and the best to wrap up the feast.
