XI am so sorry for my countenance. Alcohol intake was a little bit too much for my age. The municipality of Tomakomai kindly hosted the seminar to build an inclusive society of multiculturalism.
The venue of the seminar was the chamber of the city council. The office building which included the chamber looked so nice and new. The ceiling of the chamber was so high. The President of the International Exchange Center in Nagaoka City Mr. HAGA started the keynote.
