Wake Up,Asuncion !

After running on the treadmill in the gym of the hotel for an hour, the sun rose from the eastern horizon of Paraguay. It was so fine on that day. Good start !

I could get the perspective of the City of Asuncion before starting the schedule on that day. The sunrise on the opposite side of Hokkaido, Japan was so energizing for me.

I prayed for the success of the mission given to our delegation from Hokkaido and headed to my room to prepare for the hard schedule on that day.
