One of my friends in Alberta, Canada visited Sapporo for the research on the possibility of university stiudents exchange between Hokkaido and Alberta. My friend Ms. LeeAnne Pawlski is planning to dispatch the students of University of Alberta and Calgary University to Hokkaido and other part of Japan.
She had taught English in Sapporo many years ago and kindly is keeping her relationship with Hokkaido even now.
We had so nice sushi in sushi bar "Natsume" in Akarenga Terrace in Sapporo. She agreed that it was a kind of "Art" of beauty and tastefulness. "Natsume" means jujube or Chinese date. The sushi master kindly explained on his works and the kind of the fish.
