Downtown of Asuncion !

One hour after our arrival in Asuncion, Paraguay, Hokkaido Delegationn members went out of the hotel and looked around the downtown to have a perspective of the city. We dropped by the souvenir shops in downtown and found leather products there.

 Vice Governor Mr.Yusuke NAKANO and Speaker of Hokkaido Legislative Assembly Mr. Noritoshi MURATA and other members of delegation were searching for the souvenirs.

 Each building of downtown seemed to have its own courtyard. One of the aisle to the courtyard had so beautiful floor of checkered pattern. The atmosphere was so exotic for us Japanese. I stayed on my toes to avoid to be the victim of some crime.
