After savoring beautiful cherry blossoms, I took my wife to Park Hyatt Hanazono Niseko to savor amply the Chinese cuisine in " China Kitchen" in the Hotel.
We love the Chinese dishes provided in this eatery .
I think that the design of each dish and the taste are so competitive and inspiring. We love this fruit tomatoes topped with pepper mint leaves.
The spicy Chinese sparerib is also my favorite and reminds me of our favorite Chinese restaurant such as "Mandarin Ogilvie" in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It's a pity that I can not drink pints of cold beer in this restaurant because I have to drive my car unless we stay in this expensive hotel.
