Chinese dumplings and a variety of teas are the protagonists of Dim Sum. We really enjoy the Dim Sum of "China Kitchen" in Park Hyatt Hanazono Niseko and the high degrees of skill of the experienced and seasoned chef.
The dumpling topped with tasteful gel sauce struck and convinced us of the sense and high degrees of skill of the chef. Chinese fried rice is my wife's favorite.
Eating up the rest of the dishes that my wife ordered was my role to play. As many as kinds of dishes my wife savored but I had to contemplate the capacity of my stomach and give the appropriate information on it at appropriate timings.
