These are the photos of "Midorigaoka Forest Park" in my hometown Kitami City. The wooden benches and tables beside the trail looked damaged so much and covered with moss.
The municipality seemed to have given up to restore the equipments of the park. The Green Center in the park might have consider the scenery kind of beauty of ruins.
I am not sure the financial situation of the citrus but almost all the municipalities in Hokkaido are struggling to make ends meet and pay back the debt.
