The beautiful ocean surrounding the islands of the Republic of Palau had swallowed up many tragedies, lives and dreams of the people who had fought on the islands and ocean.
We left the former battle field in jungle on Peleliu Island and headed to Coror on the main island of the Republic of Palau with complicated mindset and the goodwill of the people of the island.
