When the Governor of Hokkaido,at that time, visited "Rice Factory" in Honolulu, one of the Hokkaido Smile Ambassadors in Hawaii Mr. Pali Kaaihue was shooting a film to promote the official visit of Hokkaido Delegation to Honolulu.
The manager of the company happened to make a business jaunt to Honolulu during our visit and kindly received us and gave a briefing on their efforts and challenges to us.
