The Governor of Hokkaido Mr. Takahashi, at that time, visited "Rice Factory" in Honolulu that delivered quality rice produced in Hokkaido to many major hotels and restaurants in Honolulu.
The headquarters of the shop was and is in Sapporo. It sells special spice, vinegar, salt and soy sauce that fit the quality rice from Hokkaido to a T. We really appreciate their efforts exerted in exporting and selling the delicious food produced in Hokkaido.
It is also the base to communicate the information of Hokkaido products, produces and tourism in Honolulu. The rice crops are polished in this room after the order reached to the shop. It may be the cutting edge of the company.
