After visiting "Tonkatsu Tamafuji" run by "Dokyu" headquartered in Sapporo, Hokkaido,we visited "Brug Bakery" headquartered in Maruyama District of Sapporo City. It has some brunches in Lanai at Ala Moana Center and Pearlridge Uptown.
Japanese "Kashi Pan" which means a variety of breads that contain sausage, sweet red-beans paste, sweet custard cream, cheese and everything, are very popular even in Hawaii.
The President of the company and the brunch manager happily explained how the shops were run so successfully with the support of the loco of Honolulu.
