Please do not forget the friends of Hokkaido in JASH, Japan-America Society of Hawaii Mr. Sal Miwa and Ms.Reina Kaneko. They work so hard and nicely for Japan including Hokkaido.
The Japan-America Society of Hawaii was founded in 1976 to promote understanding and friendship between the people of Japan and the United States through the special and unique perspective of Hawaii.
After taking shower in the hotel we stayed, we headed to the venue of the official reception hosted by the State of Hawaii. It had not been in service when Hokkaido and Hawaii established a sister-state affiliation in May of 2017. We enter this Washington Place for the first time in 2023.
