The scenery of Waikiki area could be seen from the top floor of Japanese Cultural Center in Honolulu. The culinary delights sourced in Hokkaido were served there on May 8(Mon.)before the signing ceremony to establish the sister-state affiliation between Hokkaido and Hawaii.
This is the kitchen where the top-quality beef "Marble 21" of A5 rank from Hokkaido was cut for tasting. The super beef was provided by Hokkaido Agricultural Association and was cut by the Director for Hokkaido beef promotion in this kitchen.
