I was surprised that no air-conditioner worked in this warehouse. The distilled alcohol sleeping in the barrel experienced the hotness in summer and harsh coldness in winter. They sleep and aged with the aroma of barrel, giving a certain amount of share to the angel in the distillery.
This is the building of Niseko Distillery. So simple and sophisticated. The hot spring spa and hotel "Niseko Ikoinoie " is on the upperside of this hillside. I do not drink whisky so much but I am so looking forward to the first generation whisky of this distillery.
The guide just read the memo hand-written by herself and may not be able to answer to the question from the guests but please enjoy the private tour in this distillery and buy GIN now and whisky next year.
