The president of the organization Mr. Toshio SATO who visited Paraguay and Brazil as a member of Hokkaido Delegation in 2014 also sent a gift to the association.

Some memorial gifts were handed from the President of the Association Mr. Naoki SHIROSAWA to Hokkaido Prefectural Government and the Hokkaido Legislative Assembly as well as HIECC and Hokkaido Mayors' Association, Hokkaido Association of Towns and Villages.
