Commemorative Tree Planting in Iguazu !

After taking memorial photos of all the participants to the Anniversary ceremony and reception, the Hokkaido Delegation left Alto Parana Community in Iguazu and headed to the field of commemorative tree planting.

It is called "Dosanko no Mori" that means " the Forest of the people born in Hokkaido" in Japanese.
Former Governor of Hokkaido Ms. Harumi Takahashi had visited there in 2009 plant a seedling of a tree. 

I found the name of my mentor and the former boss in Hokkaido Prefectural Government Mr. Tetsuo SATO on the ston plate that showed the participants to the planting ceremony.
