Asado in Paraguay !

The time was closing. The ceremony and reception to celebrate the 55th Anniversary of the establishment of Alto Parana Hokkaido Association would get started soon.
I had a glance at the asado grilled in the backyard of the community center in Iguazu. To be honest, I was offered a tasting of the beef being grilled. That was much nicer and juicier than that served to the table later.

"Frankly speaking, I prefer grilled pork to beef", I said to myself. Then, I found grilled yum pork beside the beef asado. The crisp surface and the juicy tasty meat gave me the second wing on that day.
