Almost all the leaders of the entities from Hokkaido delivered the speeches of congratulations. Mr. Tomoyoshi Michishita, the President of Sociedade Hokkaido Nippon Brasileiro that means Hokkaido Nippon Brazil Society in English, delivered the congratulatory speech.
He visited Brazil almost once a year and play the key role in interactive exchanges between Hokkaido Brazil. The Mayor of Engaru Town which sister city is Bastos in Brazil also visited there to celebrate their anniversary in 2018.
The official delegation members from the Hokkaido Legislative Assembly stood under the stage and were introduced by the Speaker of the Hokkaido Legislative Assembly Mr. Noritoshi Murata.
