Vice Governor of Hokkaido Prefecture visited Waipahu High School with other members of the Delegation from Hokkaido. Mr. Will Smith received them so kindly at the entrance of the high school and escorted the delegation around the premises.
There were so many Japanese-taste display made and arranged by the students of the school. The openess of the structure of the building was so impressive for the members of the delegation.
Mr. Smith had been in Japan before as a teaching assistant of English study and has good command of Japanese. That was so helpful for Hokkaido Board of Education on top of his devotion to the exchange of the students between Hokkaido and Hawaii.
