We flew from Daniel K. Inoue International Airport to the Big Island after the signing ceremony and the reception to establish the new sister-State Affiliation between Hokkaido and Hawaii.
We took part in the reception for the Hawaii Japan Economic Summit 2017 held in the courtyard of Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Resort. My friend Mr. Luis Salaveria delivered the opening remarks.
Ms. Mtsue Varley interpreted from English to Japanese so nicely and support the Governor o the State of Hawaii at that time Mr. David Yutaka IGE in the comfy sea breeze.
