I was in the mood of ramen noodle soup in the morning on that day. I tried this ramen diner "Fushimi" for the first time. The chef had worked and experienced in my favorite ramen noodle soup restaurant "Sumire" in Sapporo City.
This miso (fermented soy beans paste) flavored remen noodle soup was like that of "Sumire". It was described on the menu that the flavoring was supervised by the owner chef of "Sumire". But the signature ramen noodle soup was "Paitan ramen noodle soup". I will try them in the not-so-distant future.
