Cheese Toast and Oyster in Hy's !

It seemed to be costed so much for this "Fukuoka Fair" in Japan Village Walk of Ala Moana Center, Honolulu.

So many staff were deployed in the event space of the food court. Most of them were dispatched from Fukuoka and some were sourced locally in Hawaii.

We make a point of having dry-and- aged beefsteak dinner in our every visit to Hawaii. Our favorite steakhouses are Hy's Steakhouse and Wolfgang. We tried the others but we prefer the two. Particularly, we love the starters of Hy's, grilled cheese toast and fresh oysters. The interiors are like that of a den or reading room. The chefs do good job.
